GENEVA, March 17 (Xinhua) -- Following are the pools of the Paris 2024 Olympic Qualifying Tournament after the Drawing of Lots for the volleyball competitions on Friday:
Men's (September 30-October 8):
Pool A (in Brazil):
Brazil, Italy, Iran, Cuba, Ukraine, Germany, Czech Republic, Qatar
Pool B (in Japan):
Japan, United States, Slovenia, Serbia, Türkiye, Tunisia, Egypt, Finland
Pool C (in China):
China, Poland, Argentina, Netherlands, Canada, Mexico, Belgium, Bulgaria
Women's (September 16-24):
Pool A (in China):
China, Serbia, Dominican Republic, Netherlands, Canada, Czech Republic, Mexico, Ukraine
Pool B (in Japan):
Japan, Brazil, Türkiye, Belgium, Bulgaria, Puerto Rico, Argentina, Peru
Pool C (in Poland):
Poland, Italy, United States, Germany, Thailand, Colombia, South Korea, Slovenia
Notes: Six teams per gender qualify for the Olympic Games. Host France has already qualified. The other five spots per gender will be selected after the preliminary rounds of the Volleyball Nations League.
